Quiet Tiger is an Acupuncture & Wellness Center that offers a warm, safe, and highly personalized environment where patients are deeply heard and understood. The clinic integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, and Pulse Diagnosis to uncover the root cause of health concerns with science-based solutions.

Sean Kennedy, Mental Health Counselor Intern
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with training in Positive Psychology, mindfulness, and self-compassion. His background includes Yale’s Science of Well-Being, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the University of San Diego, and Mindful Self-Compassion training with Drs. Germer and Neff, supported by a long-standing contemplative practice.
